In early 2024, I noticed a muscle discomfort, a strain around my left abdomen. An MRI showed a large growth emerging from the left ovary, along with another mass nearby. It was initially treated as endometrioma with hormone therapy, but it wasn’t. So surgery was scheduled for December 2024.

Following the removal of a tumour (which burst in surgery), both ovaries, and part of my colon, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 ovarian cancer. After that diagnosis, I made a conscious and considered decision not to pursue chemotherapy, advised as mop up preventative procedure. Instead, I turned inward and committed to a gentler path. One rooted in restoring balance, supporting my immune system, and giving my body the space it needed to heal.

Vermate, which I started using in 2024, was an essential part of that protocol. It supported me in addressing gut health at the root. Clearing parasites, easing inflammation, and restoring a sense of clarity and ease within my body. I used it slowly and consistently, alongside nourishing food, deep rest, intuitive living, and a range of other tools including CDS and ivermectin.

Today, I’m cancer-free. My blood results show complete recovery, and I feel strong. Physically, yes, but also in a way that is deeply personal.
