With early signs of AHS looming this summer season, we would love to share the Vermate approach to preventing AHS. First, we need to share the background story on how we come about the formula. In 2011 Marjolein ran a dealing yard with six thoroughbred horses in Northern Farms. Two of the six horses contracted AHS of which one was the respiratory and the other the cardiac version of the virus. From the outset Marjolein decided to find an alternative route for addressing the problem. She came in contact with a medical doctor that used peroxide to treat terminal cancer patients. He advised her on a protocol for horses. A mixture of peroxide and colloidal silver was used to treat both her horses with outstanding results. Marjolein treated 30 other horses that same season with the mixture, of which 29 were restored back to perfect health. It became evident that a 40ml dose intravenously had a healing effect on the horse within 20 minutes. A Facebook group page “PGC IV treatment for AHS” was created to share the protocol with other people. After 15 years the page has 796 members and the recipe is still saving countless horses from dying from AHS.
The answer to combating AHS is to build up the horse’s immune system with Vermate and to treat the horse with the PGC mixture when early symptoms show. The Vermate just puts the horse in a different place when it comes to fighting AHS. It won’t cure AHS but together with the PGC mixture it will help the horse to heal much quicker.
IV Formula: 100ml colloidal silver, 15g glucose powder, 10ml peroxide (30 vol/9% ). Inject 40ml in the inside vein of the front legs. The dosage can be repeated twice a day until the horse’s temperature comes down.
This is supported with a dose of 30ml of Vermate, twice a day. You can also do a Vermate load in dose of 100ml and then continue with 30ml twice a day.
Much objection was raised against the IV formula with the argument that the peroxide will damage the horses’ kidneys. Many hardworking competition horses were treated over the past fifteen years and saved with the mixture and are still performing at the highest level without any sign of kidney damage.
